Heather and her amazing homemade Au jus!

"My favorite gluten free sandwich is home made Au Jus. We make the Au Jus from scratch out of beef stock, herbs and veggies; then soak thinly sliced beef lunch meat in it to absorb the flavor. The bread gets lightly toasted in the oven first; then layered with the beef meat and swiss cheese. After another quick trip in the oven, (open face), to slightly brown the cheese, it's ready to be sliced diagonally and served with a side of fries and the Au Jus - For dipping of course!"

I need to make this and post pictures. My mouth waters every time I read this description and I'm not even a huge beef eater. 

Mary Beth and the classic grilled cheese!

Mary Beth's son has Celiac Disease and his favorite sandwich is grilled cheese. He loves it so much he'll even eat it for lunch cold! 

Grilled cheese is one of my childhood favorites. I still eat them now as adult with fun new combinations like pepper jack and smoked ham. Yum.
